добрые люди, которые знают английский, срочно нужно связаться с продавцом из Америки, помогите перевести текст. Через переводчик получится непонятно
"Добрый день, в ноябре сделала у вас заказ товара, на данный момент ко мне он не поступил (или не пришла посылка), номер трека не сохранился, могли бы мне его выслать? "
Ну не прям в слово, но чтоб смысл был ясен.
