Water covers 70% of the Earth, but only 1% is easily accessible to you. With water being such a necessary resource for life on Earth, reducing your water footprint is a great way to take action. Water conservation can be simple, and it starts at home, but with so much conflicting information out there, it can be hard to know where to start. Luckily, wikiHow is here for you! We've done tons of research on saving water and provided the best, most reliable advice from organizations like National Geographic, the University of Rochester, and the U.S. Departments of Energy and Agriculture.
