Hosts файл. Правильный ли он у меня?

если есть сомнения, удали его или переименуй. После перезагрузки появится такой как надо

до хеш тега всё верно после него реклама
можешь удалить

если есть сомнения качни стандартный с инета и замени.

вместо этого
127.0.0.1 rad.msn.com
должно быть
127.0.0.1 localhost

127.0.0.1 rad.msn.com удали.
Всё что после

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
лишнее.

прописано лишнее
127.0.0.1 rad.msn.com
