Проблема с Hearts of Iron 4 выдаёт ошибку paradox launcher v2 setup wizard ended prematurely, что делать?

Можно попробовать такой способ:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV or another place were Hearts of Iron IV is installed. Search for dowser (.exe). Right click on the program and go to properties. Select the tab compatibility. Mark run this program as an administrator and apply. Start the game in steam and it should work. At least it did for me!
Либо запустить стим от имени администратора.
