Вылазит эта ошибка. На сайте указан только один компьютер, такое только с двумя играми (майнкрафт и метро), с форзой всё нормально. Пробовал уже перезагружать, сбрасывать стор, перезаходил в аккаунты. Ничего не помогло. Что делать?
Step 1:
1. Manually restore store settings:
a) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.
b) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.
3. Wait for the process to finish.
Step 2:
There are two directories in
C:\Users\"Your Profile Name here"\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker
Accounts and Cache. Each folder has one file in it. Delete them both
Step 3:
Click Start and click Settings.
Select System.
Select Storage.
Select This PC.
Click Temporary files.
Choose Temporary files.
Click Remove files.
Step 4:
Let's troubleshoot this by repairing/resetting your Microsoft Store, Xbox App, and Gaming Services on your PC.
Please click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Feature > look for the apps Microsoft Store, Xbox App, and Gaming Services. Click on each App > Advance Options Click Repair then Click on Reset. After that, restart your PC, and try installing the game again.
Note: If the issue does not resolve, proceed to Step 5.
Step 5:
Launch Windows PowerShell as an administrator.
Then type this code in PowerShell window:
“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers” then press enter
This process will take a few minutes, wait for a while. (or seconds)
Now in the same window type this command: “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” and press enter key. (if it opens the store, install the gaming services)
After this, restart your computer and install the game again
