Steel and iron were invented by Chinese civilizations in the second century BC.
In the first century BC, the ancient Chinese invented the pump, that was used in agriculture.
One of the most famous Chinese inventions was paper, it was made in the second century BC.
Paper was used as clothes. Only after one more century paper began being used for writing.
Matches are another invention of Chinese civilization.
The first matches were made from sulfur.
Matches were brought to Europe in 1530.
