ПОМОГИТЕ С АНГЛИЙСКИМ!!! present simple or present continuous

This is Sandy, she is thirteen, she lives in London with her parents who are teachers. She has a nice bedroom where she spends a lot of time chatting with friends on her laptop. She also watches a lot of videos on YouTube but she also sends some videos she makes herself, and she has some followers. At the moment, she is preparing one in which she sings and plays the guitar. She has to rehearse a lot to be ready, but she doesn't mind. She is also very sporty, so she swims three times a week and plays handball in a club. Right now, her team is practicing for the next school championships, and she thinks they are going to win. She also goes shopping a lot too! Her best friend is Lee, he is thirteen as well. He works very well at school, and Sandy usually says he spends too much time on his books. Other pupils call him "Bookworm" as he stays in the library for hours on end. But he is also very funny and knows plenty of very good jokes. In fact, now he has learned some to appear in one of Sandy's videos, but he doesn't like sports at all, so he never practices any outside school, which is a shame. Her parents are both forty years old and they work in the same school which is quite far from their house, so they take the underground every day to go there. With Sandy and her older sister Jenny, they live in a semi-detached house with a small front garden and a bigger back garden. At the moment, they are renovating Jenny's bedroom while she is studying at university. She wants to become a doctor and she works very hard for it. Apart from that, they like spending time with their daughters and go to Sandy's handball matches or to the cinema. When they are on holidays all together, they usually visit their family in Totnes in Devon because they really love hiking in the countryside!
