We turn now to the request which has been made by the plaintiff for the issuance of injunctive relief. With respect to this request, the argument has been made by the defendant that injunctive relief is not necessary because of the fact that the exclusionary clause is already null and void by reason of the prior order and direction of this court. This being the case, the exclusionary clause can have no further force or effect, and the defendant argues that in such an instance full and complete relief can be given without the issuance of an injunction.
