Spice and Wolf - Honey Spiced Apples (How To)
Sorry you guys. Peaches are out of season. However, I did come across the recipe for honey spiced apples to keep everyone occupied until spring/summer comes around. Then we can try out the honey pickled peaches that Holo (Horo) the Wise Wolf is just so crazy about. If you didn't realize, this recipe is a tribute to the Spice and Wolf anime.

Difficulty: Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Time: This recipe takes 24 hours. The apples must absorb the sweet juices! However cooking and prep takes less than 25 minutes especially if you have a hand in the kitchen.

Groceries Needed:

5-8 Apples (I used gala apples, but it's your preference)
2 Cups of Honey
1 cup Sugar
4 cups Water
1 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
3/4 teaspoon Whole Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
Lemon Juice
Tools Needed

Giga (Big) cooking pot
Vegetable peeler
Chef Knife
Big Bowl
Measuring cup and measuring spoons
1 gallon pickle jar (Or jar)
Ready?!
