Как восстановить аккаунт в роблокс если пришло такое письмо

• Я не знаю что произошло но мне пришло такое письмо от роблокса и я потерял доступ к своему аккаунту.Можно ли восстановить аккаунт через поддержку?И что мне следует туда писать?
