Make these active sentences passive поможете?
1. They have published her new book recently
2. The town council has just opened our local museum.
3. Their house looks very smart after they have painted it.
4. The room looks nice. Somebody has cleaned it.
5. My dress is clean. Someone has washed it.
6. Dinner is ready and hot. Someone has just cooked it.
7. They have opened a new teatre in the city.
8. There are no letters on the table. Somebody has posted them.

4) The room has been cleaned and looks nice.

В предложениях с 3 по 6 вторую половину предложения можно просто опустить. (and и все что после and.)
А можно и не опускать, грамматически все верно, только информация получается несколько избыточной. Ведь и так понятно, что платье чистое, если его только что постирали. Или что ужин готов и горяч, если его только что приготовили.
В восьмом предложении, если оставить часть про то, что писем на столе больше нет, то звучит очень коряво. Поэтому я это опустил.
