Why is my IP address banned?
Someone using your IP address (potentially you or a member of your household) has violated the Chatroulette Terms of Service, and anyone using the IP address is ineligible to use Chatroulette until the ban is lifted. Chatroulette continuously searches for inappropriate video streams and blocks the access for their broadcasters. Although most of the time this system is correct, the detection algorithm may sometimes make mistakes. We lift bans periodically after review.

If you believe that you have been banned wrongfully, please let us know at wrongfulban@chatroulette.com along with your IP address (http://www.whatismyip.com/). You will not receive a reply and may not be unbanned before the scheduled review, but the feedback will let us know about the accuracy of our system.
