Собственно говоря, с точки зрения английской грамматики в этом предложении нет ошибок, все написано правильно - и в соответствии с тем, что хотел сказать автор. 
А вообще откуда эта фраза? В интернете в Википедии есть очень похожая, только годы там другие.
