Пытаюсь вернуть в Роблоксе бобуксы за пару геймпассов, я нормальный текст сделал?

Hello Roblox! 4 years ago i bought 5 gamepasses in the (игра). The Experience is abandoned now and creator is Content Deleted. But the main problem is that the game is bugged now (gun system is completely broken) which makes it unplayable and gamepasses useless,and basically dont work as expected.
