Things were Changed or Taken from the Account. How Do I Get Them Back?
Roblox does not have a tool to immediately roll back an account. Our restores team will investigate whether any items or Robux are recoverable as a one-time courtesy.
To get the restoration process started, please do the following:
Log into the account
Go to the Transactions tab of the Trade page
Take a screenshot of the trades/transactions that were made while compromised
Mark or indicate the specific trades/transactions in the screenshot
Reply to this message with the screenshots attached in order for us to review
If group ownership was lost or your group name was changed, please provide us with a link to the group(s)
If the birth date of the account was changed while compromised, please provide the correct birth date

Не забудьте сделать скриншоты своих транзакций, как рекомендует поддержка, это поможет вернуть потерянные предметы или Robux. Отправьте их обратно в службу поддержки вместе с вашим ответом.
