Question to Student: What is the difference between "kaichou," "taichou," and "iinchou?"

I've heard all three used to describe some sort of class president or leader in a high school setting. I can't be sure, but I guess "taichou" is generic, for all types of captains, "kaichou" means student council president (for the whole school) and "iinchou" is for the class president (of a single class).
