To be healthy we should avoid bad habits.It 's common knowledge that smoking and drinking can shorten our life.Skipping meals,eating unhealthy food and overeating are also bad habits.They lead to serious diseases and obesity.To my mind,the only way to stay healthy and to keep fit is going in for sports.Besides,it's very important to spend a lot of time in the open air.Remember that good health is above wealth.
