Отсутствует файл Hosts

Question

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc 
В этой папке файла Hosts вообще нет. 
Заметил после того, как антивирус перестал обновляться, а браузер перестал заходить на сайты Касперского, Др.Веба и тд. 
Что делать? Создавать новый файл?
Файл создал, положил туда вот ваш пример, перезагрузил.. . И ноль эффекта, антивирус всё еще не обновляется, на сайты касперского и др. веба не заходит. Вирусы искал с помощью Dr.Web Cureit!, чисто всё...

создай пустой файл hosts без расширения, и делов то 
ну или напиши в него если есть какие необходимости, но по дефолту он пуст, только комментарии

Ну да=))) Можно даже и пустой=)) Венда сама его напихает нужным при необходимости...
