My wife Jayne and I wake up about 7 am when our two-year-old daughter Imogen gets up. My breakfast is always coffee, cornflakes and toast. I don't worry about the things I eat because 1 never get fat. I play rugby for Bath and England and work for the British Gas Company.
My office is a 15 minute drive from my home in Bath. I know I'm lucky to live in such a beautiful city. I would like to spend more time at home but in the rugby season (September to May) I train and exercise every evening and play matches every weekend. In the summer I travel for six to eight weeks with the Bath or England rugby team. Jayne and I don't go out very often in the evening because of Imogen, so friends visit us at home. The most important thing in my life is my family. Rugby comes second to that.

Istay in bed one hour after I wake up. At 10.30 I leave for my office - it's not a long walk from my flat in Pigalle. I love living in the centre of Paris.
