Ошибка при установке библиотеки python

Сначало я решил установить айограм и вылизла ошибка
сама ошибка:

попробовал установить C++ нечего не получилось помогите пожалуйста так как при прошлых использованиях айограма такого не было
версия питон Python 3.12.3
